Line lighting DC Hulst

This beautiful state-of-the-art distribution centre is located in a strategic location, just across the border from Belgium in Hulst. Contractor MaQuant built this sustainable building in close collaboration with MI Group, responsible for all technical installations. The building has a warehouse area of ​​21,700 m² with an additional mezzanine of 1,861 m². It is a perfect base for logistics activities to and from the port of Antwerp.

Together with MI Groep BV, Luminaid realized the engineering, production, installation and delivery of the high-quality Datalux light line system of approximately 4 kilometres. A Perfect Light Experience has been created in the workplace through the use of our continuous light lines. In the event of an emergency, the DCEM30 emergency lighting system has been installed to find a safe escape route. The installed power per square meter is also very limited, which means that the tenants of this building are assured of a low electricity bill.
