Demanding HACCP Environment

CHALLENGE
Bresc is the cool freshener specialist for the culinary professional. To enable further growth, BRESC will centralize all its activities in a new business premises in 2018. During the development and construction by Aan de Stegge Twello, strict requirements were imposed on an extremely clean production environment. The installation technique had to be durable, cleanable and resistant to the various cleaning agents that were used. In addition, every room had to be equipped with an extensive audio installation, including the possibility of broadcasting. The installation specifications and the supervision of the realization were in the hands of Markkant Advies.

SOLUTION
An integral light plan based on the DATALUX.IQ light line system. This provides a high light level, with excellent color and product recognition, HACCP suitable and equipped with integrated audio electronics. All cabling and external connection materials have been expertly concealed by DKC above the technical ceiling.
