Challenge

Alumet in Etten Leur (NL) anodises profiles, sheet metal and construction parts. Especially for facade construction and interior construction. With a capacity of 6,000 tons per year, Alumet is one of the top surface treatment companies in the Benelux. Alumet recently realized an important expansion. Due to the increase in demand at home and abroad, Etten-Leur has realized a modern factory that ensures fast delivery times and further improved quality. The new line is fully automated. The colour of the product is measured during and after anodising. Contractor Valeres was responsible for the new building, Bink Installatie in Zundert for the electrical installations.

Solution

The production hall covers 10,000 square meters and is equipped with a high-quality DATALUX light line system. This creates an optimal working environment where colour recognition and safety have top priority. An efficient lighting plan was devised together with Bink to achieve the best lighting situation.
