NLLUMINAID is proud that it has been certified according to the standards of ISO 9001: 2015 for the development, production and sale of innovative linear lighting systems. The certificate relates to the management system and covers the applicable quality requirements and is tailored to the needs of all stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, external parties and of course shareholders.
The certification was achieved in a relatively short time because procedures within LUMINAID have already been described tightly. The auditor responsible for the certification indicated that, in the run-up to certification, he encountered an enthusiastic company that met the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 in a practical manner.
According to Director Dennis Gieselaar, the process went very smoothly. ‘Audits were held on location, our policies and measures were assessed and employees were extensively interviewed’ LUMINAID is currently working on measures to maintain the certification: ‘The certification is valid for three years and external audits take place every year. Interim internal audits are also organized in the interim. We are constantly working on improving our management system. This is reflected in change processes, improvement processes, new documentation and internal lectures. ‘
We see the certification as a big step towards an even more professional and customer-oriented organization. In the coming years we will continue to enthusiastically build on this.
